WHO IS SCOOTER SMIFF??

You may know Scooter Smiff from the "Wall to Wall" or "Kiss Kiss" videos... he also has been in some of Chris Brown's live performances...as you can see by this video, hes preeettttty sick lol. Chris Brown promotes this kid like it's his job, I can see why.

Scooter is only 13 and is from Baltimore, and has a single out called "Head of my class" ft. Chris Brown....i love this kid.
